Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Agricultural and Fishery Disaster Insurance Act and matters necessary for enforcement thereof. The text consists of 23 articles.
A subcommittee on safety insurance for farmers shall be established under the Deliberative Committee on Agricultural Disaster, and Insurance. A subcommittee on safety insurance for fishers and a subcommittee on accident compensation insurance for fishers and fishing vessels shall be established under the Deliberative Committee on Fishery Disaster Insurance.
