Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act and those necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 45 articles - deals, inter alia, with the following matters: Standards for Processed Fishery Products (art. 2); Duties of Chairperson (art. 3); Establishment of Subcommittees (art. 5); Operation of Council (art. 7); Range of Areas Subject to Geographical Indication (art. 12); Inspection of Labeling of Genetically Modified Agricultural and Fishery Products (art. 21); Education of Fishery Products Inspectors (art. 34); Payment of Rewards)(art. 41).
