Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Aquatic Organism Disease Control Act and matters necessary for enforcing said Act.
The Decree makes provisions for: establishment and implementation of comprehensive plan, aquatic organism disease control agencies, exemption from disease control by certificate of inspection or medication, orders to close aquaculture facilities, measures to refrain from farming, business suspension of aquatic organism transporters, agency for quarantine of aquatic organisms, duties of quarantine agents, standards for compensation payment, subsidization for expenses for disease control, etc.
