Enforcement Decree of the Asbestos Injury Relief Act.

The purpose of this Enforcement Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Asbestos Injury Relief Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 46 articles – deals with the following aspects: Guidelines for Recognition as Asbestos Victim (art. 4); Ratio of Bearing Remedial Benefits (art. 13); Contributions to Fund by the Government (art. 15); Use of Fund (art. 16); Operation Plans for Fund (art. 18); Fund Accounting Organ (art. 20); Procedures for Expending Fund (art. 22); Composition of Examination Committee (art. 30); Reporting on Changes in Entitlement to Benefits (art. 38); Entrustment of Business Affairs (art. 45).
