Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Biotechnology Support Act and matters necessary for the enforcement of the Act. The text consisting of 23 articles deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: (Basic Plan for Biotechnology Support, Establishment of Annual Implementation Plan for Biotechnology Support, Formulation of Basic Guidelines for Implementation Plan, Composition of Council, Support for Joint Research, Formulation of Guidelines for Clinical Test and Inspection, Formulation of Guidelines for Experiments.
