Enforcement Decree of the Chemicals Control Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated from the Chemicals Control Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 25 articles – provides, inter alia, for the following: criteria for designation of toxic substances; matters to be discussed by the Chemicals Control Committee; organization and operation of expert committees; policies or plans subject to consultation; chemicals subject to investigation of volume of discharges; exceptions to disclosure of chemical handling information; hallucinogenic substances; supervisors of hazardous chemicals; imposition and payment of penalty surcharges.
