Abstract
The purpose of this Presidential Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Cultural Heritage Protection Act.
The Presidential Decree provides for: procedures for the establishment and implementation of master plans for the preservation of cultural heritage; procedures for basic investigations of cultural heritage; scopes for the establishment of information systems on cultural heritage; protection of world heritage sites; standards and procedures for designating state-designated cultural heritage and protection facilities, and for recognizing important intangible cultural heritage; procedures for obtaining permits; etc.
