Enforcement Decree of the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act and other matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, the Decree provides, inter alia, for the following: establishment of growth promotion plans for environmental technology and environmental industry; establishment of annual implementation plan; institutions in charge of undertaking development projects; research institutions in environmental field; payment and management of contributions; collection and use of royalties; projects of Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute; designation and operation of Green Environment Support Centers; operation of environmental industry research complex; registration criteria for environment consulting firm. The text consists of 35 articles.
