Abstract
The Decree consists of 4 articles: Scope of fishery (1); Restriction on permission of fishery (2); Procedure of application for permission on Fishery (3); Duties of public official supervising fishery (4). Any person who desires to obtain permission on fishery, shall submit an application to the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries through the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor, the Metropolitan City Mayor or the Do governor.
