Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to provide for the matters mandated by the Food Industry Promotion Act and those necessary for enforcement thereof.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall formulate annual implementation plans by November 30 each year. The Decree further makes provisions for: designation of institutions for training experts, assistance for globalization of traditional food (including financial support from the Sate and local government), using markings of Korean food masters, etc.
