Abstract
This Decree is enacted to enforce the Foreign Investment Promotion Act.
Article 5 provides for categories of businesses with restricted foreign investment. The Decree further make proviiosns for: operation of foreign investment committee, the procedures for foreign investment, including the permission of foreign investment, reporting on foreign investment, registration of foreign-capital invested companies, etc.
