Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Framework Act on Low Carbon, Green Growth.
Matters prescribed in this Decree include: establishment of the National Strategy for Low Carbon, Green Growth and establishment of local action plans; composition and operation of the Presidential Committee on Green growth; establishment, financial assistance and operation of green industries investment companies; establishment and management of national targets for greenhouse gas reduction; establishment and management of national integrated information management system for greenhouse gases; realization of green life and sustainable development; and penalties.
