Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of the Framework Act on the Management of Disaster and Safety.
The Decree provides for: composition, organization and functions of safety control organizations established under the Act; formulation and submission of safety control plans; measures for the prevention of, and preparation for disasters; emergency countermeasures; functions, composition and operation of central and local emergency rescue control groups; restoration of disasters; finance and compensation; penalties; etc.
