Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the National Land.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Framework Act on the National Land and other matters necessary to implement such delegated matters. The text – consisting of 19 articles – provides, inter alia, for the following: measurement and evaluation of sustainability of management of national land; preparation of guidelines for developing draft plans by jurisdiction; adjusting and summarizing draft plans by jurisdiction; contents of implementation plans; procedures for evaluation of national land plans; conduct of national land survey; advisory organization; organization and operation of National Land Policy Committee; organization and operation of subcommittees.
