Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of the Groundwater Act.
It provides among other things for: surveys on the amount of exploitable groundwater; basic plans for groundwater management; development and utilization of groundwater; procedures for the designation of groundwater preservation areas and prohibited acts within these areas; measures against the pollution of groundwater; the inspection of water quality; establishment of the Groundwater Management Committee; etc.
