Enforcement Decree of the Inland Water Fisheries Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Inland Water Fisheries Act and matters necessary for the enforcement of said Act. In particular, the Decree provides, inter alia, for the following: scope of public institutions; formulation of master plan for inland fisheries; applications for fishing licenses; removal of fishing facilities; fisheries subject to reporting; fishing restrictions; permission to use harmful fishing method; requests for compensation; prohibition of poaching and harvesting.
