Enforcement Decree of the Landscape Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated from the Landscape Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, the Decree – consisting of 26 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: procedures for processing of proposals regarding formulation of landscape plan; guidelines for formulation of landscape plan; public hearing for formulation and alteration of landscape plan; approval of landscape plan; composition of Landscape Project Promotion Council; official announcement of landscape agreement; committees related to landscape; composition and management of joint committee.
