Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe the matters mandated by the Mining Industry Act and the matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, the Decree provides, inter alia, for the following: scope of foreigner; term of mining rights; permission for extension of term of extracting rights; size of mining areas; submission of written agreement; field survey; mining area boundary survey; record of mineral production; authorization of extracting plan; guidance and inspection; notice of access to land; application for approval of land use; report of Mining Office; mining development plans; composition of Committee. The text consists of 72 articles.
