Abstract
This Presidential Decree provides for matters necessary for the enforcement of the Noise and Vibration Control Act.
The Decree provide for: measures for obtaining permission for the installation of emission facilities; permissible standards for noises produced by manufactured cars and running cars; limits of aircraft noise; etc.
