Enforcement Decree of the Prevention of Marine Pollution Act.

This Decree implements provisions of the Prevention of Marine Pollution Act.
It provides among other things for: execution plans on comprehensive measures for the preservation of the marine environment; the designation of and environment improvement measures for specially managed coastal areas; the registration of businesses discharging wastes into the sea; emergency measures so as to prevent the spread of oil, harmful liquid material or wastes; the establishment, composition and functions of the Marine Pollution Prevention and Removal Countermeasure Committee, the Marine Pollution Impact Survey Assessment Committee, and the Marine Environmental Preservation Advisory Committee; etc.
