Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of the River Act.
It provides among other things for: the designation of rivers; the formulation of master plans for water resources; comprehensive water control plans for river basins; the composition and duties of the River Basin Management Council; emergency measure plans; the installation of flood forecast facilities; permission certificates for occupying and using rivers; powers and duties of the River Management Committee; etc.
