Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
The Business Startup Support Policy Council under Article 9 (1) of the Act shall consult on: 1. Matters regarding the formulation of comprehensive plans to support business startup under Article 7 of the Act; 2. Matters regarding the promotion of projects to facilitate business startup under Article 10 of the Act; 3. Matters regarding the collection and provision of information on business startup policies under Article 14 of the Act; etc.
The Decree further make provisions for: approval of plans to establish factories, requirements for registration of small and medium enterprise consulting companies, reduction of or exemption from fees for using public property, etc.
