Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Wastes Control Act.
The Decree provides for, among other things: standards and methods for the collection, transportation, storage and disposal of wastes; conditions of licences granted for waste management businesses; guidance for, and supervision on waste disposal business operators; etc.
