Enforcement Decree of the Water Quality Conservation Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Water Quality Conservation Act.
The Decree describes discharge facilities whose establishment necessitates of a permit and areas where the installation of discharge facilities shall be restricted. Installations which discharge pollutants in excess of permissible discharge standards shall renovate their discharge facilities after filing a facility renovation plan as provided in the Decree. The text further lays down criteria and methods for computing discharges dues. The Minister of Environment may designate environmental management areas by river-system influence and areas for the conservation of water quality of lakes and marshes as provided for in the Decree.
