Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Water Supply and Waterworks Installation Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, the Decree provides, inter alia, for basic plans for and management of waterworks installation; water-demand control; management of water-source protection spheres; water quality inspection. The text consists of 69 articles.
