Enforcement Degree of the Malodor Prevention Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Malodor Prevention Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Grounds for Extension of Period for Taking Measures (2); Period for Taking Measures to Comply with Order to Make Improvements (3); Voluntary Improvements Made by Operators of Facilities Subject to Reporting (4); Malodor-Emitting Facilities Subject to Penalty Surcharges (5); Period for Taking Measures concerning Recommendations for Improvement (6); Confirmation of Implementation of Measures (7); Cooperation by Related Institutions (8); Delegation and Entrustment of Authority and Affairs (art. 9); Guidelines for Imposition of Administrative Fines (10).
