Overseas Agriculture and Forest Resources Development and Cooperation Act.

The purpose of this Act is to assure stable securement of overseas agricultural resources and overseas forest resources and international cooperation by prescribing and promoting matters concerning development of overseas agricultural and forest resources and cooperation therefor. Development of overseas agricultural resources or overseas forest resources shall be conducted as prescribed by Presidential Decree. Every five years, the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall formulate a comprehensive plan for development of overseas agricultural resources, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. An Overseas Agricultural and Forest Resources Development Deliberative Council shall be established under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
