Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the development of the national economy and improvement of the quality of lives of citizens by promoting research and development, and the use, of radiation and radioisotopes, and by laying down the foundation for nurturing related industries. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General Provisions (I); Establishment and Implementation of Plans for Promotion of Use of Radiation (II); Research and Development, and Enhancing the Use of Radiation (III); Fostering of Association and Cooperative related to Radiation (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
