Agreement on cooperation in the field of youth between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of State of Kuwait.

By the Decree No. 2018/11620 of the Council of Ministers of 9 April 2018, the Agreement on cooperation in the field of youth between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of State of Kuwait has been approved. The Parties agree upon cooperation on a reciprocal basis in these matters (i) education and lifelong learning, (ii) family issues, (iii) humanitarian values, (iv) employment, entrepreneurship and vocational training, (v) social protection particularly for disadvantaged youth, (vi) health and environment, (vii) youth-related culture and arts, (viii) science and technology, (ix) leisure time activities, and (x) voluntary work. The Parties shall develop cooperation by exchange of information, publications and experience about youth projects and programmes, strengthening coordination among relevant institutions and organizations, and by conducting joint projects and youth activities related to youth issues. The Parties may organize training programs, conferences, symposiums and seminars. This Agreement may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved through negotiation. This Agreement shall be valid for one year and may be extended for successive period of one year unless terminated by written notice requiring six months.
