Abstract
"Owners of fish barriers are required to obtain a licence for installing fishnets barriers from the Directorate of Fisheries Resources in conformity with relevant forms" (art. 1). Owners of existing barriers should obtain a licence within 6 months (art. 3). Barriers made without a licence shall be removed (art. 4). (6 articles)
