Abstract
The Decree regulates: (1) use or experimentation of new fishing techniques and equipment in Kuwait, and (2) the use of new methods for breeding of fish and other marine resources without a licence. It shall be unlawful to carry out such operations in Kuwaiti territorial waters without a licence issued by the Directorate of Fisheries Resources. (3 articles)
