Abstract
The issuing of licences for fibre glass fishing vessels operating in the territorial sea is suspended completely. Issuing of licences for other vessels operating in the territorial sea is suspended, except for cases of extreme urgency as decreed by the Council of Administration of the Corporation. (3 articles)
