Abstract
This Decree provides for the financial assistance in the form of a subsidy to all fishermen holding valid fishing licences. Subsidy amounts are specified according to the type of vessel (art. 1). Assistance shall be granted for not more than 5 vessels per owner. Other conditions are set out in article 3. (5 articles)
