Decree No. 7 of 1983 on the minimum mesh sizes for fishing by fishing vessels in the territorial waters of Kuwait.

All fishing vessels operating in the territorial waters of Kuwait shall adopt minimum mesh sizes as specified in article 1. A grace period of 3 months shall be granted to owners of fishing vessels with old nets (art. 2).
