Abstract
" It shall be absolutely prohibited to use surrounding nets, known locally as the " Habla method" for fishing in the territorial waters of Kuwait" (art. 1). Violation of the provisions of this Decree shall be subject to penalties provided for in Law No. 46 of 1980 (article 2). (3 articles)
