Decree No. 9 of 1983 on minimum fish sizes for catch in the territorial waters of Kuwait and destined for the domestic market.

Fishing vessels operating in the territorial waters of Kuwait are prohibited from catching fish with sizes inferior to those set out in article 1. The marketing and storage of such fish is also prohibited. Any violation of this Decree shall be subject to the penalties provided for in this Law (art. 2). (3 articles)
