Decree No.242 of 1989 concerning the conditions and procedures for the grant and duration of the grazing license.

This Decree consisting of 4 articles aims at providing rules for granting grazing license in the allowed areas of Kuwait. Main conditions for those who apply are listed in art.1, as follows (i) to be Kuwaiti national; (ii) to be at least 18 years of age; (iii) have more than 100 heads of sheep and goats or 15 heads of camels; and (iv) pay 50 Kuwaiti Dinars to be supplied to the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources. The grazing license is valid for two years from the date of issuance.
