Abstract
This Law consisting of 2 articles aims at updating and defining more accurately the marine areas within the line of closure of the Gulf of Kuwait, which is considered internal water. This Law has been adopted in compliance with para 1 of Art.2 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
