Abstract
This Law consisting of 3 articles aims at approving the Law issued by the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf. It is intended for the preservation of the environment and human safety by protecting the Region against damage caused by harmful ozone layer radiation. Art.2 of the Law provides for the sanctions for those who violate the articles of the Unified Law of the GCC.
