Abstract
"All crew on Kuwaiti fishing vessels should get a professional licence from the Directorate of Fisheries Resources at the Ministry of Public Works in accordance with relevant forms" (art. 1). "No worker shall be engaged on Kuwaiti fishing vessels without a valid licence" (art. 3). (5 articles)
