Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at regulating actions that could be harmful to hygiene and cultivation in agricultural sector. In particular it (i) prohibits the collection of waste, dead animals, construction waste, plastic waste, agricultural and animal residues, and pesticide and fertilizer containers, and any other residues inside or outside the agricultural holdings; and (ii) obliges the owners of the agricultural holdings (a) to clean them from inside and outside and not to keep any waste that has to be transferred to the designated places, (b) to comply with the sanitary specifications of sewage for the workers' housing, preventing the use of mixing ponds, and (c) to respect the specifications for collecting the organic composting, which provides for the need to store natural fertilizers in covered basins.
