Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at protecting human and animal health and the environment by publishing lists of the hazardous pesticides. They are divided as follows: 1.pesticides dangerous to the public health and the environment (registration and circulation is banned in Kuwait); 2.pesticides that can be used only after informing the competent authorities and under control.
The Administration for Health Licenses is the unique responsible for registration and customs clearance of pesticides used in medical and agricultural fields.
The Annexes list: 1. Dangerous pesticides whose circulation is prohibited (insecticides, acaricides, herbicides, fungicides, nematicides, rodenticides); 2. Pesticides permitted to use only with knowledge of official bodies.
