Resolution No.338 of 2007 banning the collection of pearl oysters in Kuwaiti territorial waters.

This Resolution consisting of 4 articles temporarily prohibits to collect pearl oysters in Kuwaiti territorial waters. Responsible bodies for monitoring the compliance with the provisions of this Resolution are the Fisheries Affairs Sector of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources in coordination with the General Directorate of the Coast Guard at the Ministry of the Interior.
