Resolution No.654 of 2013 on obtaining the exit permit for fishing in Kuwaiti territorial waters

This Resolution consisting of 4 articles establishes that the owners of fishing vessels and boats shall not enter Kuwaiti territorial waters for the purpose of fishing except after obtaining the permission of the control centers of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources. The exit permit shall include data relating to (i) the boat or the vessel (i) the owner; and (iii) the fishermen engaged in the fishing operation, provided that the applicant complies with all laws and decisions regulating the fishing operation.
