Abstract
This Law consisting of 9 articles aims at protecting endangered species, either animals or plants, listed on the Annexes attached to it. It specifies rules, permits and certificates needed for trading these endangered species, alive, dead, parts or derivative. It also lists the cases excluded from the provisions of the Law. Sale, show or exchange of endangered wildlife species is prohibited unless under obtaining a prior license from Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the approval of Public authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources and Environment Pubic Authority.
