Abstract
Biological substantiation is scientifically substantiated conclusion for the management of wildlife species and for carrying out economic and any other activity that could have impact upon wildlife species and their natural habitats. Biological substantiation shall be elaborated in the following cases: (a) classification of animals; (b) establishment of the maximum limit of animals that can be removed from their natural habitats; (c) numeric regulation of wildlife species; (d) introduction of alien specie and hybridization; (e) assessment of impact on animals and their natural habitats by economic activity. Biological substantiation must contain the following data: (a) scope; (b) names of wildlife species and their categories; (c) general data on wildlife species (population and natural habitats); (d) data on wildlife species for the previous year; (e) registration; (f) information on the state of habitats; (g) use of wildlife species; (h) amount of withdrawal of animals from their natural habitats and its projected impact on the state of wildlife.
