Abstract
This Governmental Decree establishes special procedure for public procurement for the period of emergency situations related to purchase of commodities destined for state reserve and, in particular, purchase of commodities from national producers. Public procurement wit the application of special procedure envisages request of price proposals, purchase from a single supplier and tender.
