Governmental Decree No. 461 validating the Regulation on accreditation of the national social associations of fishermen and subjects of fisheries.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for constitution and accreditation of the national social associations of fishermen and subjects of fisheries. Accreditation requires availability of the following: (a) branches or representational offices registered in at least in eight regional administrative centers with the presence of accreditation bodies; (b) availability of website; (c) availability of special literature in the field of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife and fisheries; (d) availability of employees with higher or secondary education; and (e) availability of social associations of artisanal and sport fishing within the compositions of social associations of fishermen. Annex 1 contains application form for accreditation of the national social associations of fishermen and subjects of fisheries. Annex 2 contains the form of certificate of accreditation.
