Abstract
This Governmental Decree validates National Allocation Plan for greenhouse gas emission quotas for 2021 and the formation of reserves of assigned amount and volume of quotas of the National allocation of quotas for greenhouse gas emissions. It is applicable to emissions by electric energy sector, oil and gas industry, mining, iron and steel industry, chemical industry and processing industry.
