Abstract
This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for the use of special means and service weapons by state inspectors for the protection of the animal world and inspectors of specialized organizations for the protection of the animal world, as well as the use of service weapons by gamekeepers. It lists special means available to inspectors and gamekeepers. Special means shall be applicable with the consideration of the gravity of offence and also in case of the attack of wild fauna species.
